I had a scheduled appt time, called to move it up & they were at my house in 15 mins! Merz is beyond fantastic customer service, which is hard to find these days! Thank you Merz for your great customer service!
James Fazzaro
Very professional and knowledgable, he replaced my dryer vent in no time and troubleshooted the rusty basement drain concerns I had.
Update: the old iron basement drain was removed and replaced with PVC, which will make it a lot easier to add a washing machine drain when that happens. Wonderful work and no issues. Thanks!
Update 2025: washing machine and utility sink drain added to the main drain, laundry machines and sink all set up, fantastic!
