Aaron (and Landry) provided wonderful service as always! Aaron took the time to review the issue and determine the potential issues and solutions. He explained everything in detail and took care of the ordering, any warranty questions we had, and returned once the part was available to quickly replace the part and ensure everything was functioning as expected.
I cannot recommend Landry Mechanical enough. We happened to have issues with our heater the week before our newborn baby was due. We had the entire HVAC replaced to a heat pump which happened to overlap with the week we brought our newborn home. The project took 5 days and every single person who came into our home was kind, courteous, respectful and cognizant of our new baby. Josh, the project leader was amazing. Highly communicative, super nice, and respectful. There was alot of work going on but the team made it into the best possible situation it could have been. We are extremely grateful. The heat has been working great!
We've used Landry for about a months now. They installed our heat pump system and now came for the checkup as well as maintenance for our has boiler. Everyone from Landry has been super nice as well as professional. Work is done quickly with info up front on how much things will cost. We are so glad we chose Landry!
Both Joe Viveiros and Corey Menard were fabulous. We have no issues at all with the service provided, and are greatful to have heat today. We do feel that your communication system is highly flawed. On our 5th day with no heat, we made three calls 2 hours apart between each call, and did not receive any calls back until my husband finally called and spoke to Gabby directly (who was excellent). All we wanted was a status update. We were not asking for an appointment time. We wanted to know if parts had been ordered and if so when they were expected in. I don't know if your answering service is actually staffed by Landry, but receive zero communication almost made us call Garabedian instead. Your actual technitains were great. Your communication was horrible.
Great communications! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when you’re talking on the phone. The technicians (plumbers in my case) are friendly, polite and clean everything up when they’re done. This is the third time I’ve used their service and I will be calling them again soon for my next project.
