I love that they had someone to answer the phone who could schedule a technician to come by quickly and give an estimate. Got a text day of appointment letting me know when to expect my technician and their name. Professional and straightforward in explaining issue and pricing. They got to work quickly and didn’t tear up my home, cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic work!
Brian and his associate were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of installing our new water tank. They hauled off the old tank and cleaned everything up very well. We were able to get on the schedule quickly and the price was very reasonable. Golden Plumbing will be our go-to plumber from now on!
Update to my previous review: Colton responded to our call for a leak repair and Golden again, exceeded my expectations with an earlier appointment time and referrals for additional problems he spotted.Very easy to make appointment and communication with Jordan and scheduling was fantastic. Wonderful customer service. Brian G came out to fix a couple of sinks. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that Golden was able to schedule us quickly and had better pricing than competitors. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
