Akheem Rose is a professional. He explained everything that he was doing and he did not make me feel that he was in a rush. Excellwnt attitude and a superstar at his job. Paul was awesome, professional and efficient.The technician gets 5 stars for his work. He was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. Problem is that one of the repairs recommended did not fix the issue I am having with my HVAC system.New tech came out. Was honest and recommended a different repair. Will update later.
