This is the second time I've used Plumb Perfect and I'm just as pleased this time as I was the last time. Justin is awesome! Fixed my sump pump in no time at all and for a really great price. I will absolutely use Plumb Perfect again in the future. I highly recommend them!

Ok - here I am, having Plumb Perfect do repairs in my house for the third time. And I'm still so very pleased! This time, Justin came out to install two new toilets AND replace a rusted out garbage disposal. Another terrific job, done quickly and professionally. Justin is so polite and is always ready to explain all my options. He shows up when he is scheduled to be here and even calls when he is on his way so I know exactly when he will arrive. He cleans up after himself, too! I highly recommend Plumb Perfect - they are the best!

The young man who came out was courteous, professional, and focused. He treated my father with respect, handled the job quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. In a stressful moment, their responsiveness and professionalism brought real peace of mind.

Water leak in the front lawn. Opted for water line upgrade and replacement instead of a fix for line was under driveway. Had a fix/repair price in my head but replacement and line upgrade was higher. Water leaks are stressful and just wanted it fixed so didn't shop around. Plumb Perfect Plumbing took care of everything from the time I first called James till the job was complete. Called on Monday, appraisal on Tuesday, fix on Thursday, inspection on Friday and yard cleanup on Saturday. Patsy kept the lines of communication open through phone calls, email and texts to when the team would arrive, when the inspection would take place and to when the yard cleanup would begin.The repair team very friendly and answered any further questions I hadn't already asked Patsy. This plumbing service, in my opinion, is professional, courteous and polite and I received exceptional quality work. Thank You Plumb Perfect Plumbing!

Went to take a shower and had no hot water so was thrilled when Plumb Perfect Plumbing could come out that day. My water heater was 11+ years old and I knew it would probably need replacing. Thankfully, they were able to replace it that day. I went with a different type of water heater called Essency. It is a bit more expensive than the traditional water heater, but the installer swore by this type - saying that this is the type he had in his house. I took a long shower this morning and had hot water the whole time! So so far I'm thrilled with my new water heater.
