Absolutely fantastic. Answered on first call, came directly to house and got right to it. Figured out the problem inside of 10 minutes and had it solved inside of 30. Rate was fantastic because this was a weekend emergency call where he could have charged me far more and didn't. I will not use anyone else from here on out. Fast, friendly cost was great. I'd rate higher if I could.
