Second time I’ve had Steven do some work at my house and it couldn’t be more positive. Even though he’s been super busy and I live out of town he still made time to get it done. The work is great and he left my house cleaner than when he came. I really appreciate how communicative he is. He’s been busy but he always answers my calls and lets me know about timelines and or delays. He’s very up front about everything and I couldn’t be happier. I expect a plumber to do good work but it’s the soft skills that can be lacking from trades people. He’s polite, on time, up front, clean, professional I could go on and on. Thanks for the great work.
We were having issues with the weather freezing our pipes and our tub not being able to drain. SF Plumbing was incredibly prompt and very professional. They were very kind and helpful and did a very thorough job fixing our pipes. Amazing price, my husband and I were shocked as we have been charged much more for less work before. Would 100% recommend to anyone!
Steven did a great job replacing our flush. He was communicative with me through the process. He sent me pictures of the replacement before buying. They were quick, very reasonably priced & Steven took the time to chat with me about my son who is interested in entering the trades. He even cleaned around the flush before installing the new one. 5 star service. Will definitely use them again.
We've had Steven out to our house a few times now for various jobs. Most recently he replaced our hot water tank for us.When I first messaged him about it, he forewarned us that he was pretty busy but would keep in touch to set up a date and time. He periodically checked in to let us know what his schedule was looking like and when he thought he'd be able to get out to our place. It was really nice to not have to chase him down and feel like a bother.Every time, Steven has been friendly, on time and gets the work done with a great degree of care.Would recommend 10/10
Steven came promptly and augered my main sewer outlet pipe and also scoped the line with a camera. He diagnosed my problem and was very knowledgeable. I cannot describe how helpful Steven was. He is trustworthy, honest, and takes the time to describe everything in perfect detail. I give 5/5 stars and will be calling Steven from now on for all my plumbing needs! Thank you SF Plumbing!
