Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent; they sent a helpful text notification when Alvaro, the co-owner, was on his way. He was also very responsive to any questions I had.Alvaro arrived promptly within the two-hour window provided. He was exceptionally courteous and professional, taking the time to walk me through each step of the installation process. The quality of his work was impeccable; everything was neat and tidy. I especially appreciated that he laid down drop cloths to protect my floors and carpet. He also made sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was done (though I did lend a small hand!).
