Anthony came our rescue when we contacted Bay Water Plumbing & Water Systems after receiving an early morning email from ACWD informing us of an unusual continuous flow detected. He spent time checking our meter and trying to detect the leak. He gave us peace of mind after figuring out what was going on with our irrigation system. He was really nice and patient and we highly recommend this company and Anthony and would request their services again.

From my initial inquiry, this company stood out due to their incredibly prompt responses and stellar online reviews. Booking an appointment was surprisingly easy; a simple email quickly confirmed a convenient time. Their pricing was completely transparent, with a clear, accurate estimate and absolutely no hidden fees—a huge relief. Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent; they sent a helpful text notification when Alvaro, the co-owner, was on his way. He was also very responsive to any questions I had. Alvaro arrived promptly within the two-hour window provided. He was exceptionally courteous and professional, taking the time to walk me through each step of the installation process. The quality of his work was impeccable; everything was neat and tidy. I especially appreciated that he laid down drop cloths to protect my floors and carpet. He also made sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was done (though I did lend a small hand!).
