JW Freeman did a water heater replacement and a full house repipe for us. Ethan and his crew were wonderful. They were punctual, efficient, informative, and extremely respectful of our home and time. The job took 4 days to complete and at the end of each day the house was left spotless. Each member of the crew took the time to introduce themselves no matter how long they were on the job sight.The quality of the work is excellent and the price was competitive. Absolutely number one plumbing company JW Freeman that I’ve ever had. My home is a 1950s 52 so there’s been times that they’ve had to come but they have always got it fixed. They’re polite they’re professional and they clean up after themselves and they’re absolutely the two young men that came this time. We’re absolutely wonderful. I’m glad that I’m still staying with this company. I’ve never had any problems with them. I highly recommend Constance Snellgrove.

They were friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. They kept me up to speed on their progress and even fixed other issues they discovered as they completed the job. This is the second time we have used JW Freeman and we will use them again if we have any future plumbing needs. I would strongly recommend JW Freeman to my friends and family.
The person I talked with to schedule appt was very professional and informative so a good feeling right to begin with. David showed up and efficiently fixed the sink leak and replaced water line to the fridge while also being very personable and friendly. Cost was very fair. Appreciated getting the text with his name and picture when he was on the way there. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issue.
