The technician Ryan did an excellent job of testing my furnace and took the time to explain everything he did. He was professional and very courteous. He also explained the benefits of joining Blue Ribbon’s “Club Membership” which I joined. I would highly recommend Blue Ribbon.
Gerardo did a thorough job with my heater check up. I also told him how dusty my house was getting. I have told others but was basically ignored. So Gerardo check out my duct work and found that the connection boxes had never been sealed so dust and powder was being leaked into my house. This is something the original contractor should have done for code but they didn’t and other services people never bothered to check. The boxes and ducting are very visible so not sure why ignored in the past. So I really appreciate this issue being solved. Gerardo is very pleasant to work with and I hope he services my house in the future.
Our technician was great! He went above and beyond, even checking previously sealed ducts. He took photographs of a previously installed UV light system and also registered the product for me. He was so thorough. This annual heating system check was the most comprehensive we have ever had. The price was also very reasonable. I recommend Blue Ribbon highly. I also must say that the UV system makes such a difference in our air quality. Huge improvement!
