We called on Sunday night and had a plumber out to us Monday morning due to being able to shut the water and power off with no further issues. We had Matthew G. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As first time homeowners we are still learning the maintenance aspect of it and he helped me with a couple of quick things I should know. I appreciate the professionalism of this company and their Plumber Matthew G. Any needs I have in the future they are my first call. Highly suggest them.

I called Bergsma for a leak in my shower and they sent someone out same day! My technician was Matthew (with 2 last names, lol) and he was AMAZING! For a single female, I felt completely comfortable, and he didn't treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. He was super professional, put his little booties on the second he entered my house. He was clean, kind, extremely knowledgable. He took his time to make sure we were locating the problem. He then explained to me what he was seeing and what his recommendations were. All conversation about the leak and talk of pricing was very transparent. I am super happy with my experience, THANK YOU SO MUCH MATTHEW!!! :)

After buying a new washer, I had the installers tell me I needed to replace some pipe fixtures in order to install the washer. I called a contractor friend and he recommended Bergsma Plumbing. They were able to come the next day and Matthew did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and quickly fixed the issue in a matter of minutes.
