Perfect Communication
Called to book appointment a couple weeks ago and it was super easy they accommodated the day I requested. Customer service was great and they were super helpful with the information I requested. Got a call from Ben one of the Maintenance workers advising me he was on his way to me house to meet my husband and check if our Fireplace was in good working condition to start it up this winter.
When he arrived Ben was super friendly and any questions my husband had he answered with confidence, even complimented our fireplace saying we had a good top line one.
Will definitely book again in the future for any other required maintenance

I am not satisfied with Hardline's communication. I contacted them to request basic information about a repair they had already completed, solely so I could document the work for a tenant dispute. Despite multiple attempts, my request was completely ignored and I received no response at all.
The issue was not the quality of the repair itself, but the lack of professionalism and follow-up. Clear and timely communication is essential, especially when documentation is requested after service has been provided. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

These guys do great work, but the thing is other companies who do the same work charge around 120 to 135 an hour for their labour these guys charge 160 which I think is a bit outrageous but you can’t argue with their results. they do awesome work.

Matt and his helper helped clear a bad clog in our kitchen drain today. They were great! Jenn who answered the phone and set up the appointment was also great and super friendly and helpful!
