It was a good day. It wasn't my fault that thing was in the ground. It was clogged the drain and these guys knew exactly what to do after they went through my whole trailer, but they are a really good company. I refer them to anybody nice guys to talk to you? They know what they're doing. They didn't cut no corners I would recommend them to anybody great service and Christie you are such a good lady. You got good customer service skills. Tech GH showed up and I had figured out overnight that the issue was something different. He had to run to get the correct equipment (my mistake) He was super nice and knowledgeable. I've only used them a twice but both times the the techs have been great.
Andre was awesome, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He showed up troubleshot the problem and fixed our backing up floor drain with ease! Very understanding with plenty of knowledge about the job! He was very friendly and had great attention to detail! I will go to Capcon for all of our future needs! The Eagles had sewer issues a few weeks back and Andre from Capcon showed up after hours. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating. As we thought we were going to have to close. We couldn’t get an outhouse. He worked tirelessly to get the issue resolved. I would 100% recommend Capcon.
