These guys absolutely killed it! Had a good leak coming from some 100 year old cast iron. Lee, Sean, and Grady spent all day getting our house right and found a couple other quality of life fixes for our toilet, sink, and bathtub along the way. And they still came in under budget. Couldn’t be happier.

Had a leak in a shower which should have been simple fix. Unfortunately for me, the previous owner of the house did a very poor bathroom DIY job which complicated the task well beyond my ability. Fortunately for me, Lee and Grady got us sorted out quickly and fairly. PipeDown will absolutely be our goto guys in the future when we have plumbing issues.

Lee and his team do exceptional work! They've done multiple jobs at my residence, including installing a sump pump to installing a water heater. All done professionally, at a decent cost, and in a timely matter. The service i appreciate most is Lee is quick to return your call and his staff is usually at my residence present day or the next day! You won't find service like that anywhere else.

Called Lee and he and his team were able to fit us in to replace our hot water heater on a Monday. We had issues with it not staying lit so the team and Lee came back over to see what was going on and it needed a new part which had to wait to be ordered because it was the weekend. They were able to take care of us quickly.
