My basement sewer line was backing up and my plumber recommended ED's Drain Cleaning. I called and Evander called me back within 15 minutes. He was at my house 30 minutes later and had my sewer line back in working order in 15 minutes...on a Saturday! Fast, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Hopefully I never need him again, but will be saving his card in case I have this problem in the future.

Evander was awesome; a pleasure to work with. I was able to get an appointment right when I needed it and loved that I could request on the website. He was able to identify and solve the issue quickly and shared how I might prevent the problem in the future. He pulled a monster of a root ball from my basement drain. Unbelievable! I was never so happy to see something so yucky. Thank you! I will definitely utilize his service for future plumbing issues and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Had my sewer line back up into my basement on Friday night. After my original plumbing company couldn't come out. I started calling plumbers Saturday morning. Luckily, I got a call back from Ed's! He was able to fit me in within a few hours. Thankfully, he was able to clear the clogs and identify the issue with my lateral line. (A part of the sewer pipe had fallen/dropped. Most likely due to ground freezing and thawing over time causing ground to shift. Also, you guessed it, roots!) Ed was kind, professional and very helpful though everything. He even gave me some information for line repair. Amazing service!! Definitely switching ?? to Ed's!!
