He also made sure that he talked with my mother, made her feel comfortable, made her feel as though she was just as important in the decision. Though this was a more costly repair, we could not be happier. Noe was very through in his inspection of my mother's HVAC system. He expressed his concern and his opinion on what to do. That was valuable!! It made the decision easier and we where more comfortable with our choice.As someone being in customer service for over 25 years, customer service along with a proven approach caring for their employees is "extremely" important to me and my family. Outstanding service. I was specifically needing support with an ecobee thermostat and Michael/Son was listed within the firmware! My compliments to the service tech Manuel. He listened thoroughly to my issue and knew immediately what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable of smart thermostats and overall a great tech. 100% recommended
Dillon is outstanding. Not only did he work efficiently and professionally, he showed exemplary respect for us and our home. He was friendly, and represented the company in a way that is rare. He bragged on his employer as far as what they offer customers, and that he is glad to be employed by them. He cleaned up after his work. The two light fixtures and three outlets he installed were handled with the utmost care. He was very patient on scaffolding, and took his time to carefully hang a fixture and then the 180 crystals on it. I became a membership owner due to the way he brought the opportunity out and represented it. I highly recommend this business, this electrician, and plan to use his services again in the future.
