Called Practical Plumbing based on a referral for home plumbing.Roger showed up on time. He is professional, friendly, and neat.I thought I had a leak in the under sink grey water pump. I was asking for a complete replacement. Roger tightened several loose connections and recommended for me to keep the original pump. His honesty saved me hundreds of dollars.He also fixed a leak in my basement ceiling where I had done a DIY repair. He made it much more professional so I can have the confidence to do the Sheetrock ceiling repair.He inspected a few other areas where I was concerned but told me those were Ok.Pricing was super reasonable. These folks are the “real deal”

We had a pipe burst on the outside of the house, which flooded the front bedroom. On short notice Practical Plumbing was able to send someone out immediately. When Roger Kendrick arrived as promised in a timely manner, I felt a sense of relief come over me. Roger was very polite, professional and super knowledgeable, He knew his stuff. Roger also replaced our garbage disposal, which was poorly installed last year, by another company. I must say that over the years we have dealt with many repairmen, especially since this house is 30 years old, and to be honest, many only come in and just want to get you to add things to increase your bill and on top of that you get shabby work. Not the case at all with Roger. Roger shared some very helpful hints and precautions to prevent further, additional and unnecessary damage or breakdown in and around the home. We really appreciated that, and would highly recommend Roger to our friend, family and neighbors. Practical Plumbing is fortunate to have such an honest, respectable employee within their company. Very uneventful in a very good way. There were no surprises or unknowns. The company communicated very well, I knew what to expect and when to expect them. Reece showed up on time and checked over the job. He gave us a quote right away which was very fair. We agreed, he did the work, and certainly made our kitchen area much better than when he started. He even did a few other small fixes to make things work smooth all around. He was quick and very clean as well as friendly while he was working. I would easily recommend Practical Plumbing.
