What customers say
Several customers praise the staff’s knowledge. One customer recounts Mike spending about 30 minutes searching for an adapter or faucet that would fit and praises the professional advice. Other customers describe a rude counter interaction and an oven-hood order delayed for over nine months; the extension was still missing three months later.
Customer Reviews
Sue Ellen White
We were looking for the showroom and Google Maps seemed to indicate that this location had one.
When we walked in the guy at the counter couldn’t have cared less, made us wait quite a while to ask the question and then was very rude, dismissive and unfriendly.
I’d never buy through this company, given this experience and can’t imagine the hassle if I bought something and had a problem with it
Look elsewhere if you want good service.
