I had 4 different companies quote on my cracked plastic pipe main drain stack and Y Joint. Jaytech was second lowest but the only one to notice where the leak was coming from after extensive investigation! as well as not padding the bill with extra unnecessary materials.Date set. I have used Jaytech 2x now. Once a few years ago to install a double-sink and faucet in Mom's kitchen and today at my house to fix a plugged sink. 4 years between services, very different reasons, different home size and age, same great results.Jaytech is professional from first call to saying good-bye after a successful conclusion.They text a photo of your service technician and let you know when they're enroute to your home.Matt Boyer was friendly, explained as he went from diagnosis to conclusion, left both locations clean, and was a pleasure to deal with.Before Matt left, I had an invoice, a receipt (paid by credit card on the spot.), and a written estimate for work I should get done at some point. Perfect! When I do get that work done, I WILL call Jaytech. Now, if only they were in Mississauga and could help at my son's house, too.

Our experience with Jaytech was great. They sent a text to let me know who to expect coming to the house, followed up with texts to ensure I was happy with the service and the service itself was great. The guy was friendly and helpful, he explained what was wrong, how he fixed it and what I can look for to make sure it was all working well again.
