I was referred to this company and had a competitive quote with another plumbing firm and a cistern installer. AGE's price was fair. This was a big job. A home renovation involving a master ensuite and main bathroom, laundry room, and entire water system replacement (well water, iron remover, softener, filtration and UV), a cistern installation (that another firm said could not be done with out massively ripping up landscaping, a fence, and my lawn), hot water tank replacement and a nice system to circulate hot water to the extreme end of the house to make sure water is hot faster on demand. There were many visits and his guys were always friendly, respectful to not make a mess, cleaned up well, etc. We had issues with the cistern at first, but they were a few misunderstandings that were sorted out quickly. Follow up to issues was always fairly quick. We ended up, by coincidence, replacing the well pump in the end, and finally the system was all working as expected. Even followup questions about the electronic monitoring of the cistern measurement system. These guys are good.
