Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praise courteous, professional technicians and effective work; one said a drain-cleaning technician checked that everything was working before leaving. Two customers reported serious service failures: one said a promised late-night leak-repair visit never happened, and another said the sewer-scope video was not saved. For the missing video, the company offered to return and re-record it, but that customer said the extra trip and day off work would be highly inconvenient.

We had a plumbing and sewer inspection done for a recent home purchase. The technician who handled the main plumbing inspection was excellent - very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there was a major issue with the sewer scope video inspection. The technician confirmed that the video was being recorded, but it was later discovered that the footage had not been saved due to an error on his end. As a result, we only received a written report and were told the video could not be recovered. The company offered to return to re-record the sewer scope, but the property is located far from us, requiring over a two-hour round trip and a second day off work, which would be highly inconvenient. They provided an $80 refund, which we felt did not fairly reflect the missing sewer scope video from a $350 service. We were disappointed not to receive the video, as it is an important component for documentation and real estate negotiations. The technician also did not verify that the video had been properly saved before leaving the property, which is a critical mistake given that the recording is a key deliverable of the service. If your project is time-sensitive, I would recommend choosing a company whose technicians ensure that all deliverables are properly completed and documented before leaving the site.

I would avoid calling this company at all costs. Reached out to them for a late night repair in which we had a water pipe leaking in a wall of a rental property. The dispatcher assured me someone would go out that very night and fix it. Never heard back from the company and was told the next morning by the tenant that no one showed up. I reached out to the company again, and was ASSURED that someone would not only go to the property to do the repair, but that a senior technician would reach out to me about the issue. Again, no one went out to the property, and I never received an explanation as to why. EXTREMELY unreliable and would not recommend using these guys in ANY kind of emergency. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

Steve and Lucas were good workers and did an excellent job. They were pleasant to have in our home. We would ask for them next time.

The people that answer the phones are all very nice, and also give you answers on the spot. We had Steve (SD) come to our home, he was very kind and professional. Fixed both issues we had! Ill definitely be using this company again! I highly recommend them
