DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!They came to snake the drain at my house. They are 1.5x the price of Roto router though they did eventually price match. This was anything but smooth, the repairman was more interested in securing a repair to the main stack than anything else and was constantly pressuring to agree. The drain only worked for 2 1/2 weeks and they are refusing to come back and fix the issue trying to charge more money. They’re trying to claim that it’s tree roots when there are no trees on the property and the photo of the stuff pulled from the drain looks like steel wool.AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
Andrew was personable/friendly and performed the repair quick and effectively.The customer service agents I dealt with on the phone were easy to understand and wanted to help. They even called me to inform of an earlier opening after my appointment was booked so the repair could be done sooner.
Andrew was prompt, informative, and professional. We were extremely happy with the service. Colin joined later on in the job and was equally as impressive.The work was phenomenal and they left the job site very clean.A bonus note, both guys were very kind to my 4 year old who was having a great time bringing them stickers for a job well done.I will use John the Plumber again and specifically be requesting Andrew.Thanks!
Andrew was here today and did a fantastic and quick job fixing our drain pipe. Andrew was so professional and polite on top of experienced. Excellent communication skills and he cleaned up everything afterwards!Thank you Andrew and John the Plummer!
Our plumber Colin fixed a leaking drain pipe. It was not the easiest point to access but he completed the job efficiently and effectively. He was also very polite and courteous and even helped after we had a miscommunication on what needed repair. Excellent service and will use these guys again for future jobs.
