Repairs for leaks and drips, fixture replacements, water heater service, drain and sewer line fixes, and general plumbing troubleshooting for homes and small properties.
Reviews highlight capable technicians and fair outcomes on completed repairs, including leak fixes and sewer line adjustments. Several customers mention punctual arrivals and clear problem-solving. Others report appointment no-shows or difficulty getting smaller jobs scheduled, and a few note concerns about warranty handling. Overall feedback is mixed, with workmanship praised when service is delivered and communication cited as an area to watch.
Had 2.5 gal water heater installed under my kitchen sink 2 years ago but started putting out yellow stinky water. Called Bud's...sent out one crew for $133 who flushed it and it worked for 5 days. Called again and flushed again and changed an inlet pipe for $145. Will NOT replace it even though it is under warranty. Bud is retiring and his daughter had taken over the business and apparently is NOT honoring warranties under her father's tenure.
This Company “oddly” receives either a 5 or a 1 star. WHY? The technicians are talented. However, they get to decide which customer gets the service. If the job looks high gross profit, then they come. If the job is a “small leak”, then NO one will show up. Read the “reviews”. Bad customer service-“no shows”? But the guys are nice!
We had Bud's Quality Plumbing out yesterday. They where on time and went above and beyond on getting our problem fixed. All at an outstanding price. Heck it would have cost me more if I had tried to do it myself. They are truly the Best in town.
I gave the company 3 opportunities to re-shedule. The first two times they were a no show. I had to call them to see what the issue was. I was told they were busy. Third time they were a no show for the a.m. period and called me late p.m. to say they were on the way. I said forget about it. Three times you didnt deliver. Atleast call the customer if you're not going to honor your appointments for any reasons.
Came out in a few days and fixed the shower leak. Also crawled under the house to fix a sagging sewer line. Will def use them again!
