Had 2.5 gal water heater installed under my kitchen sink 2 years ago but started putting out yellow stinky water. Called Bud's...sent out one crew for $133 who flushed it and it worked for 5 days. Called again and flushed again and changed an inlet pipe for $145. Will NOT replace it even though it is under warranty. Bud is retiring and his daughter had taken over the business and apparently is NOT honoring warranties under her father's tenure.

Third time they were a no show for the a.m. period and called me late p.m. to say they were on the way. I said forget about it. Three times you didnt deliver. Atleast call the customer if you're not going to honor your appointments for any reasons.

Came out in a few days and fixed the shower leak. Also crawled under the house to fix a sagging sewer line. Will def use them again!
