Beware!! They came out to look at our leaking water heater. We began draining the tank. He put the drain tube back in the water closet and failed to alert us that the shut off valve did not stop water from draining into the tank. This water drained out into our home. We waited and he finally was going to return to replace the tank. He was a no show. We hire a new plumbing company. As a result we have estimated several thousand dollars of addition repair due to him not shutting the water off until the replacement. We now have mold, insulation and sliding issues.
I was referred to The Plumbing Dr by my home warranty. They came out and did the diagnosis and said it was a simple repair. I confirmed it was approved by my warranty. After a week, I began calling them to see when they were going to complete the repair. On multiple occasions they (both the secretary and owner) said they would confirm the appointment the following day, but they never did. I waited 3 weeks for them to come out and fix my shower, but they never showed. I took my business elsewhere after my shower broke, costing me a weekend surcharge, a higher water bill, and losing all of my hot water for a day. I do not recommend their business.
Horrible Experience! This plumbing company lacks a great deal of communication skills, professionalism and is very unresponsive. It took them over a month to respond to a simple toilet replacement. Do not use this company.
Cabrera’s plumbing provided excellent service for my home warranty. Just a small copayment and I got a whole new faucet.
Terrible service, they were contracted out by American Home Shield. I Was unable to be home for the work performed (son was home). When i did get home the mess that was left behind was sad (3hrs worth of clean up). On top of that the issue was never fixed and the plumber never realized that the pressure he was creating was back filling into my a/c drip line and into the drip pan causing all kinds of problems with my a/c. Then I have to wait for them to schedule me in. Don't waste your time hiring them or effort in cleaning up after them. Move on to a reputable company.
