Steve F was my technician. Steve was wonderful. He was upfront and helpful. He was professional and polite. He checked and doublechecked and found a short in my system. I am never happy paying for things and I do to owing the price was a good one but Steve F was awesome.

I was very impressed with how quickly he got a quote Together had to go get some extra equipment and got it done. I had a fantastic experience with Sunrise! The technicians from Sunrise did a wonderful job on my HVAC system and duct work from start to finish. Jerome, Raul, Jose,Flo, Erik, and Angel were all incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. Their customer service truly stood out - friendly, respectful, and efficient. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the installation/service. They made sure that properly protected my home from any damage while installing and they made sure to clean afterwards. The HVAC system works great I am 100% satisfied with my new system. I highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC professionals. Even after the installation the manager Jerome has continued to check and make sure everything is running properly. Thank you again to the whole team! They deserve 5 stars for sure.
