Found Comfort Pros via a Google search and I am glad I did. They are a small locally owned company that truly believes in amazing customer service, professional and timely communication, and fair/solid pricing. We needed our heating system replaced in our home and Jeff came out and took the time to explain everything needed for the options they gave. They were always on time, made sure to clean up, and followed through with any questions we may have had. There really are a breath of fresh air to work with. Their pricing was very competitive when comparing, especially with the service you get. I look forward to using them for any future maintenance or upgrades in the future .
Needed a water heater replaced same day. I was getting the run around from a couple other outfits wanting to schedule an appointment without telling me how much it would cost until they arrived. Comfort pros had me send a couple pictures of my utility room and gave me a competitive quote. I agreed and they did the job that afternoon. Now I'm having them qoute re-piping my water heaters from in-series to a reverse return parallel setup. Happy customer.
Jacob, Wyatt, and John installed our new Goodman Signature Series 98% efficiency modulating furnace along with Goodman Premier Series 17.5 SEER2 Inverter Heat Pump. From the estimate with manager Jeff to the scheduling and then the installation, Comfort Pros was delightful to work with. Jeff patiently responded to thousand questions, then Jake and Wyatt were so professional and friendly and responsive as well. I asked to comfirm correct installation before they proceeded and then to check it after completion, and had some questions in between. They were always warm and friendly, answered all questions gladly, and were always communicative and helpful. It has only been a few days but the furnace is quiet and I know we will save money based on the product. The10-year labor Warranty also looks terrific! Definitely would recommend so far
Comfort Pros put in a new A/C system in our home and replaced our old furnace in July of this year. I received a few quotes from different companies but Comfort Pros was the most competitive price and I’m so glad I went with them! Fast forward a few months, our A/C system is still running great and we’ve had no problems. They also have great customer service and I truly felt supported the whole way through this process. I also liked how Ric was willing to explain everything to me (especially as a new homeowner) and I felt informed for every step of the process. I will be returning to Comfort Pros again, since they did such a great job with our HVAC system.
