Customer feedback highlights responsive scheduling, clear explanations, and tidy workmanship. Many reviewers note fair pricing and value, including maintenance plans that helped avoid larger issues. Several mention technicians by name and appreciate consistent follow-through. A small number of mixed comments reference follow-up adjustments that were addressed on return visits.

Kysen and Braeden did a fantastic job adding two return vents and two supply vents to my basement. During the initial estimate it was very clear that they knew how to properly design the HVAC layout. They installed new supplies and built out the returns with tight, well-sealed connections throughout; even though this was expansion work that required installing into an existing system, everything looks like it was always meant to be there. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work rather than just getting in and out. Thank you very much!

I have used Greenline for several years now for my A/C and Heating needs, including a whole home system replacement. I’m always impressed with the service. Ben and his team are extremely efficient and responsive. Their annual service contract is a great value and has helped me avoid costly repairs. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

I have worked with Green Line plumbing multiple times this was an awesome experience. Gavin and Braeden wher very knowledgeable, and personable. Would recommend for plumbing, and heater work. Prices are very reasonable! New water softener and pipe repair for under the price competitors quoted me! Very Happy!

Ben explained to us very well…we are happy having him do for us. I am deaf he willing speak on text and explained etc. I was impressed by him not many people takes a time explained. Yay we got our comfort back our warm around our home!!

11/18 Update (3.5 Stars):
Ben returned today to replace the humidifier pipe with a copper one and also completed the winter maintenance at no charge, as promised. He assured me that no water damage had occurred and maintained that there had been no inspection or installation failure. According to him, the humidifier pipe was already in place, and they had simply reattached it to the new hose and pipes. That said, I noticed some inconsistencies. Previously, Ben told me the humidifier pipe was new, but today he said it was old. He also claimed that no water had reached the burner of the water heater. He explained that the water had only risen to a certain level and the burner sat higher than that, which is why he believed no damage occurred. I’m not an expert, but it made me wonder how he could be so sure without opening the tank during his initial inspection. The first thing he did was vacuum the water out so I don’t know how he confirmed the flood level inside. I do appreciate that he replaced the pipe with copper, extended the labor warranty, and provided maintenance at no cost. He clearly came back with the intention of making things right despite some inconsistencies and less-than-professional aspects I’ve mentioned.

11/16 Update (3 Stars):
Ben returned today to inspect the situation again. He said the humidifier pipe is new and believes it was not leaking on the day of installation—arguing that if it had been, they would have noticed due to the loud sound of water spraying under pressure. He suspects the pipe may have been installed too close to the hot air duct, causing it to melt slightly and begin leaking afterward. He checked our furnace and didn’t see visible water damage. He repaired the furnace and vacuumed water from the tray beneath the water heater. However, he didn’t check inside the jacket door and was already preparing to leave. I had to ask him to open it — and once he did, we found a significant amount of water inside, even though I had shut off the leaking pipe 8 hours earlier. He vacuumed the water and said the burner was still working and believes the unit is okay. He also mentioned that water damage usually shows up quickly, and I still have two years left on the warranty. He promised to return to replace the pipe with copper and perform winter maintenance for free. He also extended the labor warranty from one year to two. While I appreciate the follow-up and the warranty extension, it’s quite concerning that they didn’t consider the risk of placing a plastic pipe so close to a hot air duct during installation.

11/15 Original (1 Star):
Three days ago, a large amount of water leaked from the pipe above our water heater, flooding the unit and causing it to fail. Ben came to inspect the issue, and during his initial look, he opened the jacket door and found the inside full of water—clearly indicating the unit had been flooded and needed replacement. However, without thoroughly investigating the source of the leak, he quickly concluded the water was coming from the tank itself and immediately began discussing replacement pricing. I asked him to double-check, as I had clearly seen water coming from above. After a brief second look, he said the upper pipes had likely been improperly connected by the previous homeowner and assured us they would fix it during installation. However, three days later, our furnace stopped working. The humidifier pipe was leaking. Just like before, water had traveled along the pipe and reached the water heater. But this time, because the damaged pipe was positioned slightly differently, the water also flowed along the heating duct and into the furnace. They never replaced the humidifier pipe, which we now believe was the original cause of the water heater failure. Now our new water heater is put at risk and furnace is not generating hot air.
