HPS took the time to educate me on my well program after purchasing a property. They have saved my ass at least a dozen times. The entire staff is wonderful to work with especially Jeff.
I’ve used HPS for 25 years plus and have always had a good experience. Recently the quarterly maintenance on my mother’s place doubled in price with no notice, but I looked past it because everything has gone up. I recently had a problem with the pressure tank in my system (without getting in the weeds) I call my normal contact and was told he would contact the office. I missed the call from Travis the next day so I called back to get a voicemail, he was gone for the weekend. Travis and I played phone tag for three days. I had already done the trouble shooting and I needed a new tank, sent him pictures so he could send a quote. The quote had $300.00 for miscellaneous pipe fittings $150.00 for some hook up pipes, a service call, 4 hours of labor blah blah. $3800.00 and change. I went and bought a tank and pipe supplies for under $1000.00 done deal with an hour labor by myself. I’m not sure what happened to HPS but the customer give a crap is gone. We all need to make money but price gouging is ridiculous.
Customer experiences matter, and unfortunately this one was far from positive. The business showed little interest in making a sale and repeatedly failed to respond to calls or emails requesting a quote for a filtration system.A water sample was brought in for testing and $265 was paid, yet the staff seemed unsure of the process from the start. A technician later visited to evaluate the installation area and retest the water, but despite all of this, no quote ever arrived. After two months of waiting and following up with them repeatedly, there was still zero communication. The lack of follow up and professionalism speaks for itself.Strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
The folks at HPS have been great to work with on our greenhouse project. From a flow test, water quality testing, and plans to install a new water line, the staff has taken the time to explain the issues and options and to walk us through the process.
Didn't do anything but talk. I hired them to do 3 things to my outdoor irrigation pump. 2 guys showed up, didn't do anything. Spent more time visiting with my Turkish landscaper, than working on my pump. Told me I need to drill another hole, and that what I had I was stuck with, tough break dude, now pay us $160. I hired another plumber, he did the 3 things I requested, told me AFTER actually pulling the pump, I had plenty of water and we just need to clean the system (what I asked for in the first place), he adjusted the auto-shut-off, second thing I asked HPS for that they didn't do, now it works great. I wouldn't hire these people again for anything. The dude they sent out was lazy and just a big talker. $160 for someone to tell you BS, and not even make an effort. I guess maybe I was stepping on his lunch or something. Very disappointed!
