Just had my regular service visit. One of the two explained to me how he has a lot of experience in the business and knew what he was doing after I asked him to clean the two filters he missed in my mini-split Mitsubishi unit that he didn't clean, I pulled out my books and tried to show the other technician about the missed filters were not cleaned. Still not cleaned. Although when the unit was installed, the installer told me that I didn't need to wash out the filters as they didn't need much just blow out or brush any debris off. Although the the manual states that:Air Cleaning Filter (Anti-Allergy Enzyme Filter)“If AIR CLEANING FILTER is to be washed, soak in water (or lukewarm water when dirty) and rinse delicately… about once every 3 months.”How to clean:Remove the left catechin filter.Detach the blue bellows-type filter from it.Soak in clean water or lukewarm water.Rinse gently—do not scrub or wring.Air-dry fully before reinstalling.In the past I had no problem and the filters were cleaned. This time I didn't relish being corrected by a technician who obviously didn't need me as a customer.
??????????I scheduled an appointment with Epperson Service Experts for an estimate to replace my hot water heater. Oscar called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Since I don’t live at the property, he was very considerate about keeping me informed. Once he arrived, he called me and clearly explained all my options. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated his thoroughness and communication. Excellent service
Oscar Canales from Epperson has worked with us to install a new hot water tank to replace the very old tanks we had. Oscar was very professional, spent time with us to work out what we needed, did a great job on the installation, and cleared up completely at the end of it all. He even identified non-water related issues that needed attention, and found a water heater we didn't even know we had. Epperson admin has been very efficient too. Highly recommend Epperson and Oscar in particular.
Arnold and Travis were amazing!! This is the second time Arnold has come out and he was knowledgeable and helpful each time, Travis even stopped to pet my cats :) They checked my hot water heater and did maintenance/cleaning on my AC unit. I highly recommend requesting either of them!!
We have used Epperson for the last seven years. Our HVAC units are leased via the Advantage program. If you own rental property the program is worth a look as it is totally turn key for the duration of the lease. That said, it is not inexpensive but the peace of mind for our renters is priceless.We entered into our second consecutive leases last month. The Epperson team was out to pull the old units and install the new generation units. The techs, Chris and Richy, were great. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work on the installations. Both were polite and were respectful of our residence.Before leaving they cleaned everything up and did a great job explaining the new 21st century thermostat.
