I got Wish Granted's number from Navien, the tankless water heater maker. My hot water was taking a long time and never got really hot. Arthur Rambo (really!) came out and diagnosed it quickly. I had the company that installed it come out and they weren't sure about cause. Arthur understands the system and has an engineering mind. Once he got the parts, fixed it and no more lukewarm showers! Nice guy and great service.
