I got Wish Granted's number from Navien, the tankless water heater maker. My hot water was taking a long time and never got really hot.Arthur Rambo (really!) came out and diagnosed it quickly. I had the company that installed it come out and they weren't sure about cause. Arthur understands the system and has an engineering mind. Once he got the parts, fixed it and no more lukewarm showers! Nice guy and great service.
Chris came to my house and I was told he would arrive BTW 8-10 in the morning. He arrived at 8:01. He did a nice job providing me with the information that was needed for me to make a decision. I elected to have him install a new water heater. He did a great job. I would highly recommend Wish Granted if you need a new water heater.
