Needed 2 outside faucets replaced, one was leaking badly. Called at 8:15 and Jason got to.my house before 9am that morning!. He did a great job and he was done by 11am. Can't believe how quickly they fixed my problem! Highly recommend them!
Called and left voicemail, sent email..no reply..additional detail in response--..I sent Email last week before the weekend, I called on Monday to follow up. I got a voicemail on Monday. I stated 2 issues, 1 leak that we had an on/off valve so it was not urgent and an active leak that was pouring water into basement at a slow rate. In email I said it was not worth ruining a persons Christmas but would like to get it addressed the following week if possible. If you were closed Monday in observance of the holiday then maybe you should include that in your message. I checked your website and it didnt say anything about being closed Monday in observance of holiday. I made email contact last week, called Monday and nothing. I leave a negative review and I get a phone call at little after 8am. You did leave a voicmail, I didnt listen to it. We have used you in the past, our landlord before we bought the house used you. I waited until Wednesday afternoon for a callback ..I didnt get one. I hired it out to another company..maybe next time.
We have needed Bartlett PH&A twice in the past two weeks. Once to service our AC system and now to replace a submersible water pump. In both cases they responded within hours and fixed the problem. You can trust Deron and his crew to always do a great job and treat you with professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend them for all of your PH&A needs.
It's difficult to get them to respond to issues and communication is poor. I waited weeks for them to address issues. I contacted Time Saver and they were very quick to respond and took care of the problems quickly with fair prices. The bill I received from Bartlett to poorly diagnose but not actually do anything was very high.***I'll expound a little bit to clarify the response below. On May 22 someone came by on the same day we called because they were already in the area. It was very prompt! (Again, I was told they were already in my area so no, they did not make a 45 min trip to come see me as stated below)I was given the message from the plumber by my mom. He explained the water table being high. He said he would check with his boss as to how they should proceed on the line and contact me.By June 2 when I still heard nothing back, I called them. I was told that the *only* problem Is a high water table and there was nothing to be done as there was no hole in the line. So I sent him pictures showing him that yes, the line is exposed and there is a very visible hole the water keeps poring out of. Inever got any response to that so after a week of hearing nothing about that or the problem with my bathtub I called someone else who was able to take care of it right away.
Holy cow! We replaced a furnace, that went down in a cold snap last winter, with a high efficiency unit that Bartlett recommended. It cut our bill, and made us warm and cozy. We decided at that time to yank out the old air conditioner. It has not been able to keep up with July and August heat for the past several years as it uses old R2, and just, yeah... They installed the new A/C a little over a month ago, and we are so glad it got done. That new air conditioner does a great job, and really does not use a ton of electricity. I believe our utility bill is on the way down. Thank you Deron and crew!
