The Journey Man Stanley Spencer was very unprofessional. He had his Apprentice do all of the work. He left leaking pipes and used parts that were already at my house, yet charged me for them. I was away in Salina due to my Significant other having a Heart Attack. I drove back to make sure the job was done. When he left he informed me that my pipes were still leaking. He also left without turning my water back on. I paid $535 for this job, he left me in a worse situation. I spoke to the Boss, who was very smug and rude. He told me my teenage Neice told Stanley that she thought there was one pipe leaking so that's what they fixed. I told him that was very unprofessional! She's not licensed that is why I asked them to come out. He hung up on me. ?? I am responding to the post below. I never once refused to pay. I also did not curse your Staff! As I posted in the above text, I was in Salina I offered to pay over the phone and your Journey Man demanded cash! Luckily the wonderful Reception or Business Office Manager checked into it because he was trying to charge me $640. I was still over charged because my Neice stated that they were only there for an hour. They replaced 2 pipes do you mean to tell me that it took over 3 hrs? Also there was an Apprentice, so again you are making false statements.I was charged $95 per hour for Stanley and $55 per hour for Dariel (who was very sweet) you even admitted that Stanley was too big to fit in my crawl space that is why he sent his Apprentice!
