They were quick to respond when I needed a new water heater a couple of years ago and provided great service at a reasonable price. Carter's My Plumber has never disappointed. They truly go above and beyond in their approach to earning your business and delivering solid service. I've used them for multiple plumbing needs from an urgent call for a hose leak that flooded my basement to installation of my new water heater (which they now flush yearly). I like that they text reminders and send a picture of the tech who will be arriving.

I had a great experience with Carter's My Plumber. Miles, the technician, was very informative and knowledgeable. He tried everything he could to unclog my toilet before having to remove it. He got the clog out, replaced the toilet, and cleaned up the mess. Explained everything he had to do. I called Carter's in the evening and they came out the next day. Very pleased with their services and will call on them again should the need arise. Highly recommended.
