We had a problem with hydronic system which is more than 30 yrs old in hottest week of year and have a 90 yrs old lady in the house. And the sound the system makes was loud and almost falling apart so it was easy to figure out that it’s not a small problem. I dealt with few other companies past few years, and not every experience was pleasant with plumbing heating air companies. And also systems we have is not really great, it’s connected with associations, sharing boiler etc.but we needed someone to come out to diagnose the problem. That’s when I saw their sticky flyer from few months ago.I called, Kevin answered, he booked an appointment right next morning. After that everything went so well!Technician Jesus and Preston were so professional and good, the ladies in the office were sweet and helpful. We had little trouble shutting down water so couldn’t get it done on the day but they were so patient, and came back two days after to install the new system.I really appreciate the prompt, professional work and perfect customer service, specially Jesus and Preston.Thank you Kalka
