We had a plumbing emergency when our toilet got clogged late one night. The next morning, we called over ten plumbers, but no one could help us before the evening—except for this plumbing company. They really went the extra mile to find someone who could fit us in quickly. Keith, the plumber, rearranged his schedule and managed to come by since he was already working nearby. Keith was great from the start. He kept in touch before arriving and explained everything he was doing in clear, simple terms. What seemed like a simple clog turned out to be a bigger issue, but Keith handled it smoothly. Since he had to fit us in between other jobs, he came back first thing the next morning to finish the work. He was very prompt and kept us updated at every step, making sure we understood what was happening and what our options were. Keith also gave us helpful advice that saved us time and money. He really put our minds at ease and didn’t leave until we felt confident about the plumbing and knew what to watch for in the future. As a bonus, he even noticed our bathroom sink was draining slowly and cleared it out before he left. We highly recommend this plumbing service if you need someone reliable and professional in a hurry!

i highly recommend martin brothers hvac & plumbing if you need to replace or fix your central ac or plumbing system. years ago, i went with the cheapest plumber for an installation and had constant headaches after—lots of leaks and ongoing issues with the pipes and condenser. this time, i wanted it done right, especially before the hot summer in irvine. my neighbors in the building spoke well of this company, so i called. calvin was really responsive and explained different system options with a clear breakdown of prices. there was no pressure to pick the most expensive thing, which i appreciated. i got to decide what fit my needs best. wyatt came to handle the installation. he showed up on time each day, and the work took about a day and a half. he made sure everything was installed properly, including upgraded drain pipes and well-insulated lines to help the ac run more efficiently. after the job, they cleaned up so well you could barely tell any work had been done. the way your ac and plumbing is installed and maintained makes a huge difference, so it’s worth investing in quality work. i’m confident my new system will work great for years.

I’m really particular about the service I get for my home, especially when it comes to plumbing. I’ve used a bunch of different plumbers over the years, but this company in Irvine truly gave me the best experience so far. I needed a new water heater installed, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Robert and the other technicians were on time, super friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. The office staff was also helpful and polite on the phone. The plumbers worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure to explain every step of the job to me. Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing I’d want them to do differently. If I ever need plumbing help again, I’ll definitely be calling them. They really made everything easy and stress-free for me.

I’ve had a great experience with Martin Brothers HVAC & Plumbing. Their team is always on time, communicates clearly, and does excellent work. They’ve helped me at two different properties in Irvine—installing a high-quality water heater and putting in a new water pressure valve. Both jobs were finished quickly, and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Recently, Calvin and Robert checked out several plumbing issues in my home. They reseated one toilet and fixed another that wasn’t working right. Everything was handled smoothly, and the service was very thorough. The crew, especially Robert, has always been professional, honest, and the prices are fair for the quality of work they deliver.
