Sean from Liberty plumbing came out as I requested for a water heater flush. He educated me and discussed my options as my water heater was 17 years old. He pointed out a few things that were not up to code and discussed a new water heater option & explained all the details. I ended up getting my water heater replaced and everything was brought up to code. Sean was the installer and did a fantastic job educating me and answering my questions through the process. I had a sub pump outlet pipe burst on me, the office picked up and was able to schedule me within 24 hours of the call. (I called end of shift and was scheduled first thing for the morning) Sean had stopped out, very polite, got straight to the point with what was needing to be done. After a plan was set for what needed to be done he took a peek at the other pipes in the same room and got together a quote for the next project I am looking at doing. A worker by the name of Kris came out when we had our pipes frozen. He did an amazing job by getting everything set up and getting our pipes unfrozen without any issues. He was also suppose to be at our house by later in the afternoon and got here by 9:30 am. He answered every question we had. Overall Great service and very down to earth people.
