I called Roto Rooter after discovering a major leak under my sink. They were super responsive and sent Tj out within the hour. He immediately identified the source of the leak, explained exactly what needed to be replaced, and gave a fair upfront quote before starting the work. Repair was done quickly and he even took the time to check my other faucets to ensure there weren't any hidden issues. Everything was left spotless afterward. This was a most pleasant experience. The service man came in very cordial. Ran an estimate told me how much it would be ahead of time and how long it would take. He also gave provision just in case you win a little longer that he would let me know all pleasant to the years. The job was completed on time was very impressed with the service man’s courtesy.
