James is an awesome plumber. Unlike other companies that just want to replace everythings, he can actually can fix things. Replaced heating element in water heater for a very reasonable price instead of whole replacement. I have used him in the past, he shows up on time, gets right to work, he is honest (lets you know choices you have), he knows what he is doing and cares about his work.
