Disappointed with the lack of respect of the ability to keep appointment times to maintenance for customers who pay for annual service. Made an appointment for 8-11am and technician showed up after 2pm with no updates from the company. Rescheduled because had plans. When the rescheduled appointments came the plumbing technician didn’t perform any time of maintenance asked what issues were. Actually had a new toilet installed that was running, he wouldn’t look at it at all did something quickly which cause it to run more frequently. When I called back customer service to let them know, they reached out to him to them to call me back to say he told me I needed a new toilet. The toilet is brand new! Disappointed in this tech Robert and how it was handled. Was put on the on call tech schedule because Robert refused to come back. I was the appointment would be between 3 PM and 5 PM. There have been no updates no phone calls and nobody has had any answers when I call. Poor customer service with complete disrespect for their time.Garfield with electric was thorough in his maintenance and took his time to inspect everything and explained what he was doing I appreciate Garfield and his dedicationWesley is super knowledgeable and friendly who knows the plumbing industry. He was able to diagnose the issue with my toilet in seconds that others couldn’t.Trying to cancel the monthly membership is impossible I had written an email as per the cancellation policy and elite still continues to charge my credit card.Since their employee Robert did such a poor job at performing a plumbing maintenance they put me on another plumbers schedule from 2-5 today. Here it is 8pm and no shoe, no updates a when I call customer service they really don’t seem to care because everyone else is more important then your time.No respect for their customers or their time. Elite will not try to rectify disappointed customers
I had an exhaust fan/combination light installed in my bathroom. Varick (my electrician)thoroughly explained all of the options. The installation was top-notch. I really appreciated him cleaning everything up after his job was completed.My only concern was that I believed that the pricing was on the total project was on the high side… I opted to purchase my own fan, which brought the installation down some.
Joe and Steve did a fantastic job, went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly, and were a pleasure to deal with. We appreciated their attention to detail and doing everything possible to maintain a safe and clean working environment. I would definitely recommend them!
This company is a prime example of what an excellent customer service company should be. We were kept in informed of the technicians arrival progress, and also had a picture of the technician sent to us as a security measure.The technician, Ray Duarte, was outstanding. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, and about how long it would take. During the process he brought me in to show me what he had found, and how he was about to fix it. When he had finished, he brought me in showed me everything he had done flushed the toilet again to show me no leakage at any point.The cost of the service was reasonable in my opinion. Although I am handy and can do some minor plumbing works this one was beyond my capability. Ray did a really great job.For any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.
Customer service was good, little difficult to book and first time they ran kind of late and we had to cancel. Scheduled the next day for some plumbing repairs and Marshall was the plumber who picked up the job. He was phenomenal. Responsive, on time, got the work done faster than expected and was very professional.
