January 8, 2026. Scheduled the appointment day a week in advance and I had to call at 10:30 AM to find out if and what time they were coming. Was then told between two and four. At 1:30 I got a call that they were tied up and could reschedule for January 13, five days later. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time with them.
I have never posted a review before but the lack of professionalism Jupiter Plumbing has displayed has compelled me to write. We have been scheduled 4 times for service. Each and every time Jupiter plumbing has cancelled. I only learned that we were taken off the schedule when I called to ask when they were showing upas it was getting to the end of the day. The last time I requested to be a first appointment to avoid an issue and still I was cancelled. Same excuse every time … “we are an emergency plumbing service and that is our priority “. Funny no one told me that when they installed an expensive hot water heater less than a year ago. Now can’t get them to come out to work on it.Happily I have found a new provider, given a two hour window in which they will arrive and a courtesy call the day before to confirm arrival time.
While trying to get an estimate to replace my 75 gallon GAS hot water heater, Jupiter Plumbing requires that they send you a credit card authorization form prior. This is to charge you for a service call, in my case, $165.00 to come out and give you an estimate for the replacement. While I was questioning the validity of this charge, the response was, "we do not work for free and we need be sure the electrical connection is correct and to verify other items. There is no electrical connection on my a GAS hot water heater, they have the pictures.

Called Jupiter Plumbing Services today to get a quote on replacing a water heater. I spoke with Krystal and Danielle who were both a pleasure.
