Mike came out to fix a leak in my ancient water softener (close to 20 years old). He was great! Very professional and explained everything to me. Gave me lots of information on new softener options. Would recommend.
Our water softener went out a week ago and Dan Wood was able to get out to us right away and diagnose the issue very quickly! Mike was extremely helpful and gave me three different quotes for options on repairs and replacements. After deciding on a replacement Mike and Bryan were able to come out the following week with our new water softener and were able to replace it quickly. They even reworked some of the pipes to provide a better bypass system. Both Mike and Bryan were super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Dan Wood and we plan to use them in the future for HVAC and water heater needs.
We had several issues repaired at our daughter’s new home due to the previous owner’s DIY projects that were found unsafe/code violations. Nick has extensive knowledge and did a wonderful job sorting out the issues, explaining to me (standing in for my daughter while she was at work), and again to my daughter when she got home as he was packing up. Nick presented options and got to work fixing the issues (a solid day’s work) & he did great. Definitely recommend this company & this tech.
Greg Watts was our plumber this morning and he was wonderful! He explained the issue and what needed to be done. Without hesitation he fixed our leak without breaking our budget! He was friendly, courteous and had me inspect the job when he was done. Setting up the appointment was just as great. They were also very kind and able to get us on the schedule quickly. He did an excellent job with all the time and effort he put into fixing my problem answered all my questions and great efficient work on clean up I will always recommend Dan woods team and I appreciate there business and look forward to the years to come for any other problems that arise in the future.....from me and my family we thank you for having someone very knowledgeable and able to work clean and safe.
