We appreciated a quick response and identification of the problem. Kaiden explained what, why and how he was going to correct the problem and was considerate of his time so we were not charged more than needed. He cleared the drain while being respectful of our home and he meticulous cleaned up. It was a positive experience.

Vinny was very professional and did a great job! Not only that but he was able to come out the next day! He thoroughly cleaned and checked that the drains were flowing freely before cleaning and packing up. He informed me about the options for addressing the roots in the line and what he would recommend. I’m very happy with the service I received and would recommend calling roto rooter to anyone having drain/sewer issues!
