Don't believe their $109 drain clean out special. It's a bait and switch scheme.
I was out of town when one of my drains clogged. They came over to clean it out with their snake for the special price of $109. Of course that "didn't work" so their next cheapest option was to use a different snake that would work for sure but for $1000. It's laughable really. Same technician, same visit, just different snake at $900 more then quoted price.
They knew they had me since I was out of town and needed it done.

The initial diagnosis of our water leak required significant rerouting of our water pipes at a very significant price. After the work was completed the original water leak persisted. After two more service calls the leak was finally located in the water line to the kitchen which was easily repaired.
I am disappointed in the number of calls required to fix the initial leak.

Company I've had the displeasure of dealing with! Where to start..... maybe with being on time! Or showing up equipped for the job.... or cleaning up after doing a job... not standing around all day talking and actually working! Truly a scam of a company! They'll put fear in you that your insurance is void if you don't do the work they recommend! and it will cost much more the longer you wait! If you're thinking of calling these people expect to be ripped off, sold on at least 3 things you don't need and have zero chance of them coming back for warranty or repairs! They also break things while Working in your place and don't say a word!
