My furnace died on a Sunday ?? I called 3 other companies, Service Plus was the only one willing to help. They were professional,quick and didn’t gouge me. Very impressed . Would 100% recommend them !
Sharing this again for clarity as my response to original disappeared: Service Plus Kamloops did not assist with my Amana furnace when it stopped working just over three years after their installation.I assume this may relate to an earlier (unrelated) post-installation disagreement, though no reason was given; Service Plus is welcome to clarify.I contacted the owner and was referred elsewhere. Amana later confirmed Service Plus as their only Kamloops dealer.For the record, nothing in my communication was confrontational; I only asked for support. I was disappointed and won’t choose Amana in the future.
Service Plus is our go to for plumbing and gas. Had a new kitchen sink installed and our fireplace serviced recently. Both jobs went smoothly. Highly recommend them. Great staff! Thank you James and Rob!!
Service plus is an honest company! After dealing with a less honest company Service plus was a breath of fresh air. I was quoted for a electric shut off valve and had it installed. After paying the bill I got a call from Bonnie to review my invoice. She actually told me the valve was less expensive the originally quoted and issued me a $325 rebate! I was thrilled. I woukd recommend them to anyone!.
Update!!I have cameras with time stamps that have your crew arriving at my house at 9am, leaving for over an hour for lunch, and packed up and rolling out at 230pm. I suggest you have a look at your 'trackers'. And how you could charge approx $1600 for labour and what, $300 for materials for 30ft of pex, a few fittings and a laundry box with taps is incredible, even of it was your claimed hours. But moreover I stand by my original remarks that transparency in billing options would have gone a long way!I'll start off by saying that their workmanship and crew were great, but I'm not at all satisfied with their billing practices. Was told by the guy doing the quote, 2 guys for the day, quote was for just shy of $1900. Job was completed in 4.5hrs of them being on site, bill still came to quoted amount. I called asked for a breakdown of the quote to which I was told they don't have that information but I had agreed to the quote and that was that. She did however, tell me they COULD have billed me by time plus parts but it was too late. This was never mentioned as an option and she didn't seem to appreciate it when I suggested that this should all be made aware to their clients to add transparency and fairness. Apparently I'm the 1st to complain about this, and yet I see plenty of complaints about billing here. It's too bad, I was looking forward to having them in to service our new home.
