We recently used KB Complete for some work we needed done in our home. Our Electrical fuse box had to be completely replaced. Alex had detected our old one was literally sparking and melting when he was here on a previous visit for another matter. It was rather alarming, but we feel he saved us from what could’ve very possibly become a fire down the line. On the day of the installation, our technicians were Alex (because we had requested him personally again) and Logan. Both men were very professional. They explained everything to our satisfaction and they were knowledgeable and proficient in all they did. They were both friendly and positive throughout their time here. We are thoroughly satisfied with the work they did for us and would highly recommend them and KB Complete to others.
I got the ancient HVAC system that came with my house finally replaced with a BRAND NEW system that was expertly installed by Zach! Everything I’ve been warned about since I got my house has been remedied and my system is now 110%. I greatly appreciate the work provided, and the excellent upgrade to my home!
This is the second time in two weeks that we used KB Complete for two different projects. Phillip arrived at the scheduled time and fixed our leaky washing machine faucets. He was timely and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He shared his knowledge of improvements that could be made but nothing high pressure. I am very happy with this company, their good work and fair prices. They will be our go to moving forward.This is the third time we have used KB Complete. This time we purchased a Trane HVAC system. Our contact, Matt Merget was professional and walked us through eery stepm of the way. We were offered 0% financing to make the purchase more manageable. I felt the price was little better than the other 4 estimates I reeived. The closer was that I knew I was buying from a reputable company, and they gurrantee their work. They instill confidence in their work.This is the 4th time we have used KB Complete. We had an old leaking bathroom shower faucet. Sam took extra time to make sure he had the correct part. He showed me the worn part that needed to be replaced, and ensured he would put the name and number of the part so it would be on record for ease of retrieval if this happened again. KB Complete continues to provide expertise in their field at a reasonable price!Phillip Norris came out yesterday to replace a leaking ice maker line. Kyle was super friendly while remaining professional. Clearly knowledgeable in his field, he replaced our water heater but also educated us on our hard water. We got a new water heater + an ionizer today. Justin & Victor replaced our AC and furnace. They were focused and friendly and mindful of our property. Very pleased! So far we would recommend!
