Chris was able to come out the day after we called to fix our leaky toilet. He worked quickly (and quietly while the baby napped). He was very nice and transparent about the whole situation. Highly recommend!
Kitchen sink was backing up. Service tech arrived within 1 hour of my call to the office. The blockage was quickly cleared. The tech explained what he did, and some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. Highly recommend Roto Rooter.
Wonderful, thorough service. Sorry I didn't catch his name but he'd already worked a full before he came to fix the leak in my laundry room. Nice, courteous, wonderful attitude with all the knowledge needed. He showed me & explained what he'd done to fix it. I felt entirely comfortable having him in my house. HIGHLY recommend!
In our situation we had someone at our home within the hour. Brandon the employee was amazing! He got our water flowing quickly. He also was vary detailed with informing us of what we needed to do and who would be in contact with us. So we could protect ourselves and our home from possible damage that could have occurred from our situation. I will definitely use this company again for all my plumming / clean out needs going forward.
