He is VERY professional and knowledgeable, and we know the job is done correctly. He goes out of his way to answer questions and explain the job. My experience with Dorian on on the 23rd of Dec., 2025, was much better, than the previous two visits which I had experienced on 12/11/25, yearly check up, and then a f/u visit for new issues with (same repaired), toilet.
Dorian came in and he was very reassuring that I would have a good experience with this third visit in two weeks from Matt plumbing. He quickly went over the information with me on what the possible cause of my ongoing problem since the original repair and replacement of all the enter toilet tank components on December 12, And quickly got to work and simply replacing the “float”, Equipment, with a higher grade of the same manufacturer. This did the job beautifully was a wonderful experience through Dorian with met plumbing and finally solved The problem which had not risen until I got all elements within the toilet tank repaired on December 12, 2025.
I cannot thank Dorian enough for making the problem go away, With easy understood, explanation, and the proper part on the third trip for this ongoing issue.
