Shawn is great to work with: down to earth and great at explaining things. He might be too honest, he could have upsold us a few times on a repair but found solutions to save us on costs. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend these guys! I had 4 quotes done and went with Family Man Plumbing seeing that Shawn had better ideas with addressing the poly b replacement.
Although the job took them longer than anticipated, he stuck to his quote. No hidden surprises which was much appreciated.
Thanks again Shawn and Desmond! ??

I am very pleased with the repair work recently completed in my home by Family Man Plumbing. Shawn, the owner, along with his colleague were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. It's wonderful to have found a local and independently operated plumbing business that fully meets my expectations of being reliable, skilled, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Shawn and his team!

I contacted Shawn to do an urgent repair and he responded quickly, even though it was a weekend. He attended soon after and was able to repair a shower drain leak I had that had to be repaired from outside the building. Despite having to climb a ladder to repair it in a difficult position , he was able to get the job done and my shower drain is now working perfectly. Thank you so much Shawn and your crew at Family Man Plumbing. Will definitely call for any future servicing I may need.
