Garbage Disposal leaking and making a loud sound. Contacted Paul and he set an appointment. Was actually a little early and put in a new disposal with more Horsepower. It works great! Always gets the problem fixed in a reasonable time period. Also, I like Paul who is easy to talk to and explains options. I had a cost in mind, and the bill was within $10.00 of what I expected. Also, Paul did my wife a favor with her shower head. I believe this is the 4th time I have needed Paul to handle a plumbing need. Each time the process was handled quickly and professionally...Very good company, in great hands with Paul!

You should definitely get more than one quote when dealing with PlumbSmart. Their advertising claims they are the "smart" choice and charge less than their competitors which is not even close to being true. I had 3 plumbing companies give me quotes on replacing an outdoor sump pump (1/3 HP) and they were the most expensive by far. Their quote was $1,851.55 which was 34% higher than the next company. Beware and get other quotes as they charge a premium price for their services.
Plumb Smart was very responsive, Paul came out the very next day after initial call. Extremely happy he detected and repaired the leak! Thank you Paul!
