When I left an online request for service I did not expect a call from them so quickly. It was after hours and before long they had responded with an available time. We had issues with 2 toilets and the kitchen faucet. Found Patriot Plumbing on Google. Duncan and Felix came the next day, assessed what needed to be done, gave us repair and pricing options, and went to work right away once we gave the go-ahead. First my apologies to Patriot Plumbing and to their Plumbing Apprentices, Felix and Duncan for not sharing this back in March 2025. I have been a customer going on 3 years now and have nothing but praise for Patriot Plumbing Services, the Owner Michael, Office Mgr. Amanda, Apprentice Felix, and Duncan. In March of 2025 I had had enough of the inferior poly-b or polybutylene water piping in my home. I called and spoke with Michael and from that moment on Amanda, Michael, Felix and Duncan were on it! From the proposal to refit my home with PEX-A piping, to the installation that was expediently done to my satisfaction, Felix and Duncan, answered my concerns and questions keeping everything very professional, at the same time always being courteous and respectful to me and taking GREAT pride in their workmanship. These two Apprentices were so dedicated to this installation and were bound to compete it before they left so I would not be without water. Throughout this job both Felix and Duncan would tell me what they which wall had to be cut and why they would always apologize for having to do so. They didn't leave my home until almost midnight. I called Patriot Plumbing on a Thursday evening and spoke to Michael. During the discussion of my plumbing issue, he informed me of what to expect in possible permits needed, estimated time of arrival and was upfront and honest. His crew arrived earlier, which was perfect for our timeline. Jermaine worked along side his trainee, Macai, teaching as they found the leak, addressed the issue and made the repairs. He informed me what the upfront cost would be to begin the work and then upon completion, the estimate was very reasonable.The team was respectable and courteous, thorough with the repair and cleaned as they proceeded. Efficient and timely, as well! I’ve already recommended them to local friends and will keep them in mind for future plumbing repairs and projects.Thank you for making a concerned customer a happy customer!
MIchael and his team, Felix and Duncan were amazing! They have done a projects for us awhile back with a water leak with repiping and just recently in changing out 2 old hot water heaters to current standards. The team took the extra steps needed to ensure that quality work was completed. One of the first thing that stood out was how they arrived professionally in their clean company work attire. When they came inside the house for the water leak, I remembered they wore shoe covers to ensure not to track dirt inside. Once the jobs were finished, the trash was picked up and the place was left cleaned. Michael absolutely had great communication and answered all questions with great explanation. The pricing is fair and affordable. Felix and Duncan was also courteous and very knowledgeable with their work. I recommend, "Patriot Plumbing Service" to anyone who want a job done right and on time. They are the BEST!
